Returns & Refund Policy
At TreeNursery.Net, we are committed to providing you with healthy, high-quality plants and trees. We understand that purchasing trees and plants online is a unique experience, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order.
1. Quality Assurance
Before shipping, all trees and seedlings are carefully inspected to ensure they are healthy and meet our quality standards. However, since plants and trees are living products, some variation in size, shape, or condition may occur due to shipping conditions. We take every precaution to minimize any damage during transit.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products we sell (live trees and plants), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. However, if you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:
- A description of the issue (damaged or incorrect items).
- Photographs showing the condition of the item(s) upon arrival.
- Your order number.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your trees or seedlings arrive damaged or there has been an error with your order, we will take responsibility and offer the following options:
- A replacement tree or plant (if available).
- A partial refund if replacement is not possible.
We may ask you to return the damaged item, but we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued for orders that are damaged upon arrival or if we sent the wrong items. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
If you are eligible for a refund, you will be notified by email once the process has been completed.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, we will cover the cost of return shipping and any additional shipping required to send a replacement.
6. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We may not be able to cancel the order if it has already been processed or shipped, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of live plant sales, we do not accept returns for the following:
- Plants and trees that have been planted or altered.
- Custom orders or pre-orders of specific tree species.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
8. Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that the tree or plant you purchase is suitable for your environment, including your local climate, soil type, and growing conditions. We provide detailed care instructions with each product to help you succeed with your planting.
